Special Invitations My Daughter Has Received An Special Invitation From Williams?

My daughter has received an special invitation from Williams? - special invitations

My daughter asked at Williams College in a special program. You will receive an interview for Williams and other schools to 27 October shall be sought. This week we received a (special) invitation to attend a house to fulfill. (I guess your Alumni House) in our region for a briefing by the director of admissions at the school 7th October. Do you think that this is important?

I have to disagree a bit with the post. This is a presentation of a one-to-talk-to-one, and is unlikely to be the factor that goes - but at the same time, it's a chance for them to make a good impression with a school officer influential, in addition to the collection of information to monitor in detail questions in the interview. And who does not attend (without reasonable excuse, at least) is provided that is not really all that matters. If possible, you should try to take time.

Although not negligible, is not particularly significant. Probably a coupe on GPA or test scores. The aid will not improve your chances of acceptance.

This will be a selling point and will be a Cattle Call, with many guests and participants. If they are really interested in the school, which should be available. If the school is one of their "B" option, you do not attend to worry.

Congratulations on your daughter. I wish him all the best. (Look for scholarships.)
