What does the blinking mean on the Digital Concepts 1-hr NiMH battery charger? - best nimh battery charger

I have a NiMH battery charger 1-hour today. Is Digital Concepts, and battery (completely flat) and there are approximately 3.5 hours have passed and not pay attention to what they have on the first, is fixed but now the green light, and flashes the red light after time.

I have found in other soft partially drained batteries (this was at a slower pace to be loaded into the charger) to see if it were otherwise, and now the green light remains lit, but the red light flashes with a constant rate.

No idea what that means light it? Thank you!
