or put some on the teeth, the whiter it?

Destroys stains and polish, do not put anything in the tooth, takeaway.
Mandate. just use hydrogen peroxide. bleached. Just do not swallow.
white teeth are not healthy.
I think it erodes the enamel. just a guess.
